Director of Housing

Agape Development
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Agape Development is your opportunity to be part of a transformative community sharing the love of Christ in word and deed through innovative programs with measurable impact and the day-to-day of being neighbors serving neighbors. Become a key part of a passionate team transforming an urban neighborhood into a more beautiful community in which residents stay, rather than escape, as we create affordable housing, social enterprise, and a wide range of academic, social and spiritual programs for all ages.

Agape Homes CDC is building 100 new homes in the OST/South Union neighborhood. The Director of Housing provides strong management and leadership of the housing team, who work on the front lines of neighborhood care for our home owners and renters and deal with a variety of difficult challenges. The job requires management of a variety of employees and contractors who work on different aspects of housing efforts. The housing director must keep track of the projects in a systematic way, effectively delegating tasks rather than "do it all yourself." This position reports to our Chief Operating Officer.
